I warmly welcome individuals aged 16 and above to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth with me. Whether you prefer in-person sessions, phone consultations, or the convenience of secured video calls, my therapeutic space is open to you.

My passion lies in fostering connections with individuals from diverse racial backgrounds and cultural experiences. I believe in the strength that arises from embracing our unique identities and backgrounds, and I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all.

As a therapist, I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. My toolkit includes client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and artistic expression.

My areas of expertise include ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Racial trauma, Grief and loss, and Relationships. My therapeutic toolkit is an eclectic blend of Psychodynamic, compassion-focused, Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered, Anti-Oppressive, Strength-Based, and Humanistic approaches.
