Celebrating Small Wins

Healing is not linear. There is an importance that lies in acknowledging small victories along the way to rebuilding self-esteem. Whether it’s getting out of bed, making a phone call, setting a boundary, or simply taking a breath—every step counts.
We introduce strategies for tracking progress, including journaling, habit trackers, or reflection rituals. Celebrating progress—no matter how small—reinforces the belief that change is possible and that you are capable. These moments of recognition build a foundation of self-trust and reinforce that your efforts matter.
Rather than waiting to celebrate only the "big wins," we explore the importance of appreciating the journey itself. Each act of care, courage, or clarity is a statement: I am worth showing up for.
At Catharsis Psychology and Psychotherapy, we support clients in increasing their self-esteem and self-compassion.
