What's It Like To Work With Me?

In therapy, I’ll show up with a calm, supportive presence as you move through whatever’s feeling heavy or confusing. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns, behaviours, or inner dialogue that might be shaping how you see yourself, including the ones you don’t realize are there. You can think of me as a kind, honest mirror, here to help you see yourself more clearly and move forward with more understanding and self-compassion.

Outside Of Work...

I love spending time with my husband, my son, and the rest of my family and friends (especially when there’s good food, music playing, and lots of laughter). You’ll often find me dancing to Afrobeat, Latin music, Zouk/Kompa, or pop - really anything with a great rhythm that gets me moving.

Travel is also a big part of who I am. I love discovering new countries, exploring different cultures, tasting local dishes, and soaking in the unique experiences each place has to offer.

​

And when I’m home, I’m usually trying out new recipes, especially baking. I’m the go-to cake maker in my family for special occasions. For me, baking is a creative outlet... like making art you can eat!
