My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood, and to walk alongside you as you navigate what you're going through. With me, you can show up just as you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

I care deeply about the connection between our minds and our bodies, and I’ll support you in tuning into both. Whether you're dealing with big emotions, healing from past experiences, or just feeling stuck and wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to help, at your pace, in your way.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing, so I tailor our work together based on what actually feels helpful to you. I draw from different approaches, like mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work, to help you build more self-awareness, compassion, and clarity. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, and move toward something lighter, more grounded, and more you.

Outside Of Work...

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book or notebook, as I love to read and write. Poetry holds a special place in my heart, and I enjoy performing at open mics, where I can share and connect through the art of words.

I also have a wonderful cat named Lemon, who keeps life extra sweet (and sometimes a little chaotic). Traveling is another passion of mine. There’s nothing like exploring new places and soaking in fresh perspectives. And when I need to ground myself, you’ll find me on the yoga mat, breathing deeply and finding balance.
