Welcome! I'm Camille. I know that starting therapy, whether it’s your first time or you’re coming back to it, can feel intimidating. Just by being here and reading this, you’ve already taken a huge first step. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, listen to what you need, and support you in making the changes that feel meaningful to you.

I believe that finding the right therapist matters. You deserve to feel understood, accepted, and supported in a way that feels real, not just listened to, but truly seen. That’s something I prioritize in my work. Once we’ve built that foundation together, we’ll take the time to explore how your past and present experiences are shaping what you’re going through now, and work toward meaningful change. In our fast-paced, quick-fix world, taking the time to slow down and explore your inner world can be incredibly healing and humanizing.

What's It Like To Work With Me?

I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing”, it’s about fostering growth and connection. Together, we’ll revisit past experiences, uncover deeper truths, and explore new possibilities for change. I’m not a blank slate or a clinical robot; I bring my authentic self into sessions, using humor and a down-to-earth approach. I value curiosity and self-reflection, and I’ll gently challenge you when it feels helpful for your growth.

While I’m generally non-directive (meaning I won’t come into sessions with a rigid agenda) I can take the lead when needed, helping to guide the conversation or introduce topics I think might be important to explore. I check in with you regularly to make sure therapy feels helpful and aligned with your goals, adjusting our approach as we go.

Meets you where you are, helps you move toward where you want to be, and isn’t afraid to explore the deeper roots of what’s going on (while also finding practical ways to make daily life easier) we might be a good fit! I also bring an understanding of the complexity of identity, relationships, and what it’s like to navigate the world as a queer person.

Outside Of Work...

You’ll usually find me spending time with my wife, planning our next travel adventure, or getting lost in a good book. I’m a proud French-Ontarian, and I grew up playing ringette (I still love getting out on the ice when I can!). I’m also a cat mom to Bruno, who keeps life interesting in the best ways.
